HOW IT IS TIMED
Hundreds of chips at once
At the start and finish more than 200 participants can be over the antennas at once. The system has to read them all, in order and without mix-ups.

Anti-collision
UHF passive chips with anti-collision detect more than 1,000 chips at the same instant and generate thousands of records in the correct sequence.

Filtering by event
The system recognises chips programmed for the current competition and discards those from past events.

From large to small
The same technology works for a big marathon and for a modest fun run: only the reader changes.
